Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, inquisitive, and results-focused SEO & Content Specialist to lead Publer's organic growth efforts. This role involves managing Publer's SEO strategy to increase organic acquisition through activities including keyword research, content creation, optimization, technical SEO troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Reporting will be to the Head of Marketing with close collaboration across the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SEO strategies for Publer.
• Perform keyword research to discover new areas for organic growth.
• Create and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
• Develop content plans utilizing topic clusters and editorial calendars.
• Enhance existing content, improve internal linking, update metadata, and apply on-page SEO best practices to increase rankings and conversions.
• Execute link-building campaigns to strengthen Publer’s domain authority through quality backlinks.
• Identify and assist in resolving technical SEO issues in coordination with the team.
• Track and analyze SEO KPIs such as keyword rankings, website traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify organic growth opportunities.
• Keep updated with changes in Google’s algorithms, AI-driven search trends, and new SEO methodologies.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance and prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and industry best practices.
• Strong writing proficiency capable of crafting engaging and SEO-compliant content.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
• Proficiency in link-building strategies and obtaining relevant, high-quality backlinks.
• Competency in keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO execution.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
• Aptitude for prioritizing SEO initiatives based on their potential business returns.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual in delivering tasks.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
