Role Summary
We are inviting senior-level DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineers to participate in a paid remote AI training program focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This flexible, remote contract position involves creating engineering-style prompts, configuring LocalStack sandboxes, and developing golden solutions with passing automated tests to support AI in mastering Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop natural language prompts simulating realistic engineering tickets with professional context and intentional ambiguity for AI training purposes.
- Configure LocalStack environments to validate infrastructure-related tasks effectively.
- Create initial infrastructure setups along with "golden solutions" that pass end-to-end automation testing.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards for task realism and clarity; reject or revise subpar tasks.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses by selecting the most accurate answer to infrastructure queries.
- Compose simple starter prompts that facilitate further AI model development.
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with at least one IaC tool: priority given to AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; familiarity with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
- Programming experience in TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java for scripting and testing infrastructure code.
- Excellent written English communication skills, capable of explaining complicated technical concepts clearly and adhering to strict style guidelines.

Compensation and Work Structure
- Earn compensation up to 50 USD per hour with additional incentive opportunities; exact rates vary by expertise and assignment.
- Payments are processed through PayPal and AirTM.
- Work fully remotely with a flexible schedule, typically dedicating 5-10 hours per week, with availability up to 40 hours depending on projects.
- Access to premium AI tools like GPT and Claude valued at over $200 monthly is provided at no cost.
