Senior Specialist - IT Security Operations

Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Specialist in IT Security Operations to manage and assure the robustness of security operations within our enterprise and asset environments. This position is essential for preserving the integrity of security controls, handling risks, and achieving compliance with corporate standards and cybersecurity policies. The role requires close collaboration with managed service providers and internal stakeholders to deliver superior security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT security operations across the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness and health of security controls.
• Handle the complete incident management lifecycle including detection, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for incidents, service requests, and change management processes.
• Monitor and guarantee the timely resolution of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing findings.
• Support compliance initiatives in line with regulatory frameworks such as NCA, PDPL, and ISO standards.
• Supervise key security areas including Cloud Security and Identity Security.
• Develop and present operational dashboards and detailed reports covering incidents, SLAs, vulnerabilities, and control efficiency.
• Maintain operational procedures and standards for IT Security Operations.
• Coordinate activities with Managed Service Providers and internal teams to maintain consistent and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT security operations or a cybersecurity role.
• Preferred professional certifications include Security+, Network+, or equivalent credentials.
