About Lakshay India and Job Overview
Lakshay India is expanding its career counselling division and is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager (SRM) to drive business growth and franchise network expansion. The role involves managing franchise partnerships, implementing local marketing strategies, ensuring service quality, and leading training efforts for franchisee performance improvement. The position offers an annual cost to company (CTC) of ₹12,00,000 initially, which can increase to ₹18,00,000 after six months, with potential growth to ₹36,00,000 as Regional Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion by onboarding new franchise partners in career counselling and educational services.
- Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing to boost brand presence, increase enrollments, and enhance revenue.
- Monitor and support franchise performance to improve counselling quality and client satisfaction through training and guidance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven background in business development and franchise network expansion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities to build and nurture networks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive annual salary starting at ₹12 lakh with performance incentives potentially increasing total CTC beyond ₹18 lakh per annum.
