Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our energetic team in New York, contributing to our rapid expansion. This role primarily focuses on recruiting for our go-to-market teams such as sales and marketing, while also assisting across other departments. The Senior Recruiter will act as a strategic collaborator, authentically representing Semgrep’s brand, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, and employing data-driven approaches to attract high-quality candidates. This position is integral to shaping our talent acquisition and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with emphasis on go-to-market roles and support other teams as needed.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing methods to build a diverse, high-quality applicant pool.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to refine role specifications and interview processes.
• Ensure the recruitment process meets high-quality standards while supporting ambitious growth objectives.
• Analyze current market trends and compensation to optimize recruitment approaches.
• Share market insights and best practices to improve recruiting team effectiveness.
• Enhance recruitment processes to boost efficiency and candidate experience.
• Represent the company authentically in all candidate engagements.
• Collaborate actively with team members to exchange innovative recruitment ideas and strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting, ideally within corporate settings.
• Strong and creative talent sourcing abilities.
• Experience developing diverse talent pipelines and applying inclusive hiring practices.
• Effective communication skills to narrate company culture and mission to candidates convincingly.
• Collaborative approach with an enthusiasm for partnering with hiring teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $128,000 to $166,000, based on experience.
