About the Role
Our client is a well-established company leading significant projects across the region. They focus on driving long-term business growth, emphasizing governance, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct complex, high-value projects to successful completion.
- Formulate project strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Ensure adherence to contracts and regulatory standards.
- Deliver high-level reporting and governance evaluations.
- Address critical project challenges and manage stakeholder relations.
- Adopt and promote project management best practices and ongoing improvements.
- Handle procurement and contract management tasks.
- Contribute to portfolio planning as needed.
- Provide mentorship to junior project managers and engineering staff.
- Manage project completion and client transitions effectively.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership on major capital or infrastructure projects.
- PMP certification is highly recommended.
- Strong skills in commercial, contract, and risk management.
- Excellent ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships.
- Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
