Role overview
Love Frankie is seeking a Singapore-based Senior Program Manager to lead on-the-ground delivery of several new strategic communications initiatives. The role is intended for someone who can keep projects moving from planning through execution while working closely with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators.
Love Frankie is a social impact communications agency that works with public- and private-sector organisations across the Asia Pacific. It is part of the M&C Saatchi World Services global network. The agency develops social and behaviour change communications across areas such as digital and media literacy, social cohesion, migration, gender equality, social inclusion, mental health, education, and environmental and biodiversity protection.
The team partners on high-profile regional work for development agencies, governments, private foundations, NGOs, global technology companies, and purpose-driven brands. The organisation also aims to maintain an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and skills.
Core capabilities
- Strategic advisory for purpose-driven organisations to clarify impact goals and communicate them effectively.
- Creative campaign development grounded in insights and designed to influence attitudes and behaviour.
- Social and behaviour change communication programs that support social justice and environmental protection.
- Research and insights work that identifies social and behavioural drivers for stronger communications.
What you will do
You will serve as the main driver of project implementation and will be responsible for keeping workstreams coordinated, partners aligned, and deliverables on track.
- Own end-to-end project delivery so it stays aligned with the client brief, approved scope, and timelines.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and any outside parties needed for execution.
- Coordinate internal workflows, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress across teams.
- Run regular check-ins and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Make sure all outputs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Work with team members to shape program strategy, session flow, agendas, activity plans, and recommendations for resource persons.
- Identify the most effective touchpoints, channels, and interactive elements to strengthen collaboration and delivery.
- Partner with the Creative Lead to guide creative direction and oversee production of project materials.
- Manage pre-production, production, and on-site event delivery when required.
- Source and coordinate vendors for event logistics and related production needs.
- Keep different production elements moving smoothly together on the ground.
- Work with the research team to design monitoring and evaluation frameworks suited to each project.
- Oversee implementation of monitoring and evaluation methods appropriate to each assignment.
- Prepare progress updates and contribute to final project evaluation reports.
- Support business development through proposals, pitches, and early scoping conversations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Join client meetings and relevant events to help grow Love Frankie’s visibility and network.
- Turn client needs into clear, well-defined project concepts with input from other team members.
Working arrangement
This is a contract role with a duration of 6 months and a possibility of extension. The start date is as soon as possible. The position is based in Singapore and requires full-time commitment, despite the part-time/onsite listing metadata.
Eligibility and qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable handling several workstreams at once, and able to manage their own time, workflow, and schedule independently to meet deadlines.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in social impact, events, or creative industries.
- Proven success managing multi-stakeholder projects that combine online and offline components.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different functions.
- Experience in event production and facilitation, including working with vendors and creative partners.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
