Senior Product Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Coordinator to significantly contribute to the education sector by enhancing the Productivity & Content team's operational efficiency. This key role involves supporting the creation and delivery of top-tier educational products, collaborating closely with the Global Content Production Management team to ensure seamless project execution. Join us in our goal to boost student engagement through innovative and interactive learning resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report on all essential project progress within the Schools division.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project risks and concerns.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with Portfolio & Production leadership to resolve issues and update relevant records accordingly.
• Assist with product proposal research and deliver project-related support functions.
• Gather and analyse enrollment data to keep market opportunity insights current and aid future planning.
• Support the Portfolio & Content group by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
• Handle processing of payment requests and manage contract-related documentation as required.
• Oversee content workflow processes and contribute to the development of engaging, educationally effective learning materials.
• Ensure all product-related documentation and metadata across platforms remain accurate and up to date.

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and effective execution support.
• Capability in applying project management tools and methodologies, including proficiency with software like JIRA or Wrike.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant tertiary education or higher qualification preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Proven track record in a product management role with successful outcomes.
