Senior Manager - Digital Risk Consulting

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in EY's Digital Risk Consulting team based in Doha, you will be positioned to steer clients through the rapidly evolving business and technological environment. EY, a top-tier professional services firm, is committed to shaping the future with confidence by helping clients manage risks stemming from technological advancements and operational changes.

The role involves collaboration within the MENA region, supporting diverse industry sectors and national leadership visions, particularly within GCC countries. You will play an integral part of EY's Digital Risk competency group, leveraging knowledge and contributing to account-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in assessing and improving their business processes focusing on technology-induced risks and fast-changing operational environments.
• Utilize internal networks and intellectual property to enhance client solutions and outcomes.
• Provide excellent client service and advise EY teams to deliver similarly exemplary service.
• Collaborate with various client teams and EY partners in business development activities across sectors.
• Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of ten years' relevant experience in IT risk consulting at a professional services or accounting firm, or senior leadership roles in technology, financial services, or telecommunications sectors.
• Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields preferred; alternatively, a business, accounting, or finance degree with additional IT certifications is acceptable.
• Proven success working with key clients and industry sectors in the MENA/GCC region.
• Expertise in Digital Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Crisis and Third Party Risk Management, Technology Compliance, Asset Management, Emerging Technologies including Robotics, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, ERP Controls (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Technical Controls, Data Analytics, IT/Business Process Controls, IT/IS Internal Audit, and Third-Party Reporting.
• Demonstrated strong project and team management skills alongside excellent client service abilities.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as per client requirements.
• CISA, CBCP, CISSP, IRM, CISM, CIA or equivalent certifications are highly valued for growth in this role, with recognition that other relevant credentials may also be considered.
