Senior Investigative Analyst

Role Overview

Elder Research Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MANTECH International Corporation, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Investigative Analyst to support its team in a remote, full-time role based in the United States.

Key Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional work in investigative analysis related to government benefit fraud and financial crime matters.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with both structured and unstructured information drawn from public and private data sources to spot fraud signals and recurring patterns.
• At least 3 years of practical experience producing investigative write-ups, referral packets, and case summaries that can be shared with law enforcement.
• Solid understanding of common fraud methods linked to government benefit programs, such as identity misuse, eligibility abuse, and coordinated fraud networks.
• Comfort using analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Neo4j, and i2 Analyst’s Notebook, or similar link-analysis software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to senior government stakeholders in both written and spoken formats.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stay in a stationary position for about half of the workday. The individual may also need to move around the office occasionally to access storage, equipment, or to communicate with colleagues, managers, and customers through email, phone, virtual meetings, or presentations.
