Role Overview
This contract recruiting role at AWS is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with new people on a regular basis and can assess candidate potential by asking thoughtful, targeted questions. The position calls for strong coordination abilities, a structured approach to talent sourcing, and a consistent drive to achieve and surpass assigned hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Run candidate interviews by phone and in person.
- Evaluate resumes and interview outcomes to decide whether candidates should move forward or be declined.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates who have questions during the hiring process.
- Track and meet weekly activity targets tied to calls and emails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational ability and ease in working with people.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Energetic, motivated, and able to work with sustained enthusiasm.
- Proven history of meeting quotas or performance targets.
