Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling social media visuals including posts, ad creatives, carousels, banners, thumbnails, posters, and overall brand materials.
• Optimize designs for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Develop distinctive brand identities through logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, brochures, pitch decks, and campaign assets ensuring brand consistency across multiple clients.
• Support video and content teams by creating YouTube thumbnails, podcast artwork, reel covers, event visuals, and promotional graphics in conjunction with editors and content creators.
• Produce conversion-oriented ads for Meta, Google Display, and lead generation campaigns by applying performance marketing design principles.
• Leverage AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with social media managers, content writers, video editors, marketing strategists, customer success, and sales teams to deliver prompt, high-quality creative outputs.
• Continuously explore new design trends, techniques, and AI capabilities to innovate and accelerate production quality and speed.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
• Strong foundations in typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing digital marketing content and social media creatives.
• Aptitude for managing multiple projects efficiently with strong communication and time management skills.
• Bonus qualifications include knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, motion graphics, UI design, AI image generation, photo editing, and experience at agencies or media firms.

Additional Information

Location: Kolkata (on-site presence preferred)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
