Job description
Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Software Developer will lead the design, creation, testing, deployment, and support of advanced enterprise-grade software applications, while actively contributing to the ongoing development of the company's technology framework. This position involves providing deep technical knowledge throughout the software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions, and partnering with various teams to fulfill business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level full-stack applications.
- Create scalable and secure software following modern development methodologies.
- Offer technical guidance and collaborate on the design of new features and software improvements.
- Convert business and product requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Engage in planning and estimating development tasks for initiatives.
- Perform peer code reviews and uphold engineering and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver robust software products.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, including defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Support ongoing efforts to reduce technical debt and improve the platform continuously.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production incidents.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the on-call support rotation as part of the team.
- Advocate for secure coding techniques, continuous integration/delivery automation, and software quality assurance.
