Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview

AnandRathi is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to build modern web experiences for its financial services business. This full-time role is based in Jodhpur and is suited to professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience in frontend engineering, especially ReactJS.

The position focuses on creating scalable, fast, and maintainable web applications while working closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams. The work will involve frontend architecture, component reusability, performance tuning, and delivering polished user interfaces that align with business goals.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications with ReactJS.
• Translate UI mockups and wireframes into clean, reusable, maintainable code.
• Create shared components and frontend libraries that can be reused across projects.
• Connect frontend applications with REST APIs and backend systems.
• Improve application speed, scalability, and compatibility across browsers.
• Contribute to architecture planning and technical design conversations.
• Review code and help maintain coding quality and best practices.
• Investigate and fix functional issues and performance concerns.
• Support and guide junior developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Keep up with new frontend tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Required Profile

Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of relevant frontend development experience and a strong command of ReactJS. A degree in B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology is required.

The role calls for solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, responsive design, state management, REST integration, version control, and modern build tooling. Familiarity with Next.js, SEO-friendly frontend development, UI frameworks, testing tools, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and micro-frontend concepts will be an advantage.
