  • Design and manage structured change management frameworks for technology and people initiatives, collaborating with technology and business leaders on readiness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and resolve current and upcoming skills gaps by collaborating with Talent Development for upskilling and reskilling programs.
  • Guide leadership teams in adapting human judgment and oversight as AI becomes more prevalent while ensuring balance between productivity, wellbeing, and equity.
  • Enhance data-driven workforce strategies through advanced analytics and interpretative governance for informed decision-making.
  • Embed culture, EDIA principles, wellbeing, engagement, and adaptability into leadership practices, policies, and change initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advisory support on workforce risks and opportunities related to organizational change and new technologies, emphasizing equity and behavioral insights.
  • Participate in AI governance, ensuring ethical, workforce, and equity considerations are integrated into technology deployment policies.
  • Lead and nurture the Organizational Development team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive environment through coaching and resource alignment.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture leadership to ensure alignment across organizational design and cultural transformation efforts.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience with systemic organizational change, including culture transformation, engagement, and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes and advise senior executives.
  • Certifications in Organizational Development (e.g., OD Certification Program) and Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are advantageous.
  • Credentials such as CHRP or CHRL are considered assets.
