Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data governance methodologies for AI technologies and workflows.
• Develop monitoring strategies for outputs generated by AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable governance frameworks.
• Contribute to establishing controls that ensure the responsible adoption of AI across the business.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience in data analysis with advanced skills in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and models.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools.
• Background in data governance, data quality management, or data management roles.
• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and solve complex problems without predefined solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model governance frameworks, and risk/control measures.
• Exposure to development practices such as Git version control, testing, and structured software development methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
