Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Surveyor to join a reputable consultancy specializing in major construction and infrastructure projects throughout Canberra and the ACT. As part of an expert team, you will contribute significantly to project success by overseeing surveying control processes, set-outs, quality verification, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding and maintaining survey control systems.
• Executing precise construction set-outs with high accuracy.
• Managing and performing quality assurance on survey data.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders effectively.
• Detecting and addressing inconsistencies in survey outcomes.
• Ensuring all operations align with prescribed safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science, or Geomatics.
• Seven or more years of practical experience in construction-related surveying.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Trimble technologies.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Authorized to work in Australia.
