Role and Responsibilities
- Managing the production of precast concrete components ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational targets effectively.
- Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
- Applying advanced concrete technology knowledge to improve product performance.
- Conducting thorough inspections of reinforcement and formwork prior to pouring concrete.
- Interpreting and utilizing shop drawings accurately for project execution.
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and minimize waste.
- Leading and motivating the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.
- Controlling costs associated with production to adhere to budget constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
