About the Role

We are looking for a detail-focused Senior Bookkeeper with extensive hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online to efficiently oversee financial documentation for several business entities. The perfect candidate will excel at accuracy, organization, and operating autonomously within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage precise financial records across multiple companies and entities
Import, reconcile, and arrange financial data within QuickBooks Online
Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations thoroughly
Navigate seamlessly across varied QuickBooks accounts
Ensure accurate transaction categorization and manage charts of accounts
Generate financial reports and sustain audit-ready bookkeeping
Detect and resolve any accounting discrepancies proactively

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least 6 years of full-time, practical experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
Demonstrated capability importing, reconciling, and organizing accounting data for multiple entities
Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written; testing will be conducted
Clear and professional communication in a business environment

Technical and Communication Requirements

Ability to make direct telephone calls to the United States (VoIP or internet-based apps not allowed for business vendor calls)
Reliable VPN required for accessing U.S.-based systems and platforms
Stable high-speed internet and professional home office setup necessary

Compensation and Employment Details

Monthly salary: 26,500 Mexican Pesos
