The Monetization Strategic Finance team seeks a highly analytical and motivated Senior Associate to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) division. In this capacity, you will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and managing performance for our Onsite Ads business. Additionally, you will support the Ads Measurement team by collaborating closely with Research & Development teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) and Go-To-Market functions (Product Marketing, Business Development) to assess new product opportunities, prioritize strategically, and define success metrics. This position sits at the intersection of finance, product, and strategy, playing a key role in driving the growth of LinkedIn's advertising business.
Key Duties

- Support evaluation of product opportunities, metric definition, and strategic decision-making with minimal supervision.
- Help operationalize ideas and create execution plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Synthesize complex problems and communicate viewpoints in smaller group discussions to facilitate decisions.
- Proactively recognize and remove obstacles with little assistance.
- Participate in organizational culture initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Seek and engage in career development and skill enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar function, or equivalent track record.
- Preferred: At least 1 year experience in the technology sector.
- Preferred: One year or more expertise in financial modeling and data analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL is desirable.
- Experience with digital advertising or marketplace business models is advantageous.
