Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Site Coordinator to oversee and monitor structural and architectural activities at the construction site in Gurugram. The candidate will play a vital role in coordinating with the architectural team and management while effectively managing daily progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor structural and architectural site work to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
- Understand and interpret BIM and Revit designs relevant to the ongoing site activities.
- Provide daily progress updates and maintain clear communication through proper mailing practices.
- Act as a liaison between the architectural team and management to ensure streamlined coordination.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a B.Arch or Diploma in any architectural specialization.
- Strong communication skills to articulate site progress and challenges.
- Hardworking, results-driven individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adept at comprehending BIM and Revit site designs to support site execution.
