Senior Architectural Designer

About the Role

P+A Projects Pte Ltd is looking for a Senior Architectural Designer based in Singapore. In this position, you will support the Architectural Associate/Architect across a range of design, documentation, coordination, and approval-related tasks, contributing to projects from concept through construction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Architectural Associate/Architect in day-to-day project duties.
• Prepare planning submissions and other regulatory applications.
• Develop design concepts using CAD tools as well as hand-drawn methods.
• Contribute to the detailed design stage and coordinate design inputs from different parties.
• Prepare and update tender documents and construction drawings.
• Communicate with relevant authorities, including planning officers and technical personnel, to secure statutory approvals.
• Attend site inspections and maintain notes or minutes of discussions.
• Assist the Project Architect with resolving site coordination matters.
• Produce and assess detailed specifications for appropriate construction materials and processes.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Vray renderer, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Experience with 3D AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is required.
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of detail.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work well within a team.
• Prior design exposure in commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects is an advantage.
