Role Overview
An established accounting and auditing firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Accountant for an immediate start. The position is based in Dubai, UAE and is intended for professionals with strong end-to-end accounting experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold one of the following qualifications: CA, CA-Inter, ACCA, or M.Com.
Experience Profile
The role requires 8 to 12 years of practical, hands-on experience in accounting. Applicants should be comfortable handling the complete accounting cycle through to finalisation.
Technical and Regulatory Knowledge
A solid working understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax rules is essential, along with familiarity with accounting software and compliance reporting requirements.
Core Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for closing accounts, managing accounting work specific to the industry, and ensuring accurate regulatory compliance and reporting.
Skills and Competencies
Strong account finalisation ability, software proficiency, and a thorough grasp of accounting processes are important for success in this position.
Compensation
