Role Overview

This full-time position requires the Security Guard to be present on-site in Qatar. Responsibilities include safeguarding premises by monitoring designated areas, controlling entry points, and ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property. The role involves conducting patrols, identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, responding to alarms or incidents, and executing security procedures promptly and effectively. Additionally, the Security Guard will verify identification, oversee visitor access, and maintain detailed logs and incident records while collaborating closely with team members and adhering to local security regulations. Providing courteous support to clients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience with fundamental security tasks such as patrolling, access management, and incident handling.
• Highly developed observation and situational awareness capabilities, with keen attention to accurate reporting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and document incidents concisely in writing.
• Capacity to stay composed under pressure, manage conflicts professionally, and follow established protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended durations and react swiftly during emergencies.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security principles; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, while complying with organizational rules and local laws.
• Minimum education level of a high school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are considered favorable.
