Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Security Coordinator located in Accra. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising and managing physical security measures, improving security awareness throughout the organization, and coordinating the deployment of security protocols. Key responsibilities include monitoring security conditions, managing information and cybersecurity initiatives, and developing and implementing security management strategies to reduce potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in physical security and security management methodologies.
• Essential experience within the Ghana Military or Ghana Navy.
• Substantial expertise in security awareness training and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience in managing guard forces.
• Exceptional abilities in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
• Previous experience in security coordination, especially in demanding or intricate environments.
• A Bachelor's degree or appropriate certifications in Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
