About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Scheduler to be based onsite in Nairobi, Kenya. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining continuous service by managing staff schedules, adapting to urgent changes, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Schedule

Monday to Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: Off
Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Core Responsibilities

Allocate staff efficiently to cover all shifts
Track schedules closely and apply real-time adjustments as necessary
Handle call-outs, cancellations, and last-minute staffing changes promptly
Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly
Resolve conflicts and fill coverage gaps in schedules
Maintain detailed and accurate scheduling documentation
Respond to inquiries related to scheduling from staff and clients
Support smooth daily operations by ensuring uninterrupted service coverage

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, staffing, dispatch, customer support, or similar operational roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with scheduling software, workforce management tools, CRM systems, or equivalent technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Background in healthcare, home care, patient scheduling, or service operations is advantageous

Additional Information and Benefits

A monthly transportation allowance of KES 10,500 is provided for eligible employees working late shifts
This is a stable full-time role with immediate hiring
