Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Callidus and workflow professional to support compensation, onboarding, and credentialing solutions for a healthcare-oriented environment. The role focuses on broker payout logic, advanced workflow automation, reporting, and API-led integrations.
Experience and Notice Period
This position calls for 6+ years of relevant experience. The preferred notice period is immediate to 30 days.

Key Domain and Functional Work
The assignment involves SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) work with healthcare industry exposure preferred, especially Medicare plan-related processes. You will help implement rule changes for broker compensation, including initial and renewal payouts for Medicare enrollments and plan updates.
The scope also covers multi-level hierarchy setup for agency structures such as General Agency (GA), Master General Agency (MGA), Super General Agency (SGA), Field Marketing Organization (FMO), and National Marketing Association (NMA).
Additional configuration areas include member eligibility, DTRR, MARx compensation files, and broker table rate updates. You will also set up broker statements, correspondence templates, notification outputs, and letter extraction logic, along with reconciliation for Medicare payouts, book-of-business reporting, and broker credential reports.
Technical Stack and Implementation Areas
The role uses Groovy scripting to build complex expressions and workflow logic for rule enhancements and broker onboarding processes. You will also work with SQL and Jasper reports, APIs for portal integration, and BatchEntity Updates (BEU) for querying broker, customer, policy, and payment data inside expressions.
Workflow responsibilities include implementing onboarding and re-credentialing flows for Medicare brokers, supporting appointment submissions, and managing renewals tied to licensing, CMS certification, AHIP, and Medicare training requirements.
Integration work includes connecting workflow with LITMOS, enhancing workflow forms and templates, and syncing broker geographic and credentialing information from APM.
