The team focuses on rapid prototyping and innovation using analytics, digital technologies, user experience, Microsoft technologies, and infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are searching for a SAP Concur Senior Consultant experienced in functional and technical SAP Concur solutions. The candidate will lead full-cycle implementations, including advanced configurations, ICS integrations, and Cognos report creation, designing scalable travel and expense (T&E) solutions to meet client requirements using industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete implementation phases: design, configure, test, integrate, deploy, and provide production support for SAP Concur solutions.
• Implement Concur Expense and Request modules integrated via ICS with SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze client business processes and transform them into scalable functional designs.
• Build, validate, and customize applications based on business demands.
• Manage integration points, middleware, and ICS configurations related to Concur.
• Lead stakeholder discussions concerning system design, integration architecture, interface, and development.
• Develop and optimize Cognos reports aligned with business needs.
• Prepare and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Organize project kickoffs, requirement gathering, detailed design workshops, and technical reviews with clients.
• Oversee deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project progress.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live resolving issues within established SLAs.
• Experience with Concur Travel, Detect, Invoice, and App Center integrations is beneficial.
• Support development and unit testing leveraging strong technical knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree such as BE, BTech, MCA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Concur invoice module implementation.
• Proficient with ICS integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
• Skilled in building custom reports using Cognos Reporting.
• Knowledge of Concur Travel and Invoice modules preferred.
• Experience with at least two complete SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
