Overview
Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a proactive Sales Team Leader to join our team at the Ballygunge office in Kolkata. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, sourcing prospects, and managing onboarding processes to help expand our life insurance business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen prospective clients via official channels to identify viable leads.
- Engage in customer sourcing and acquisition activities to grow the client base.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and management to address support issues and manage objections effectively.
- Generate new leads promoting life insurance offerings.
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with hiring and updating management on recruitment progress.
- Ensure candidates experience a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a graduation degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Suitable for freshers or candidates with up to two years of recruitment experience.
