Key Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming representative of the branch, providing outstanding customer service to ensure positive daily interactions
• Efficiently manage order fulfillment processes including accurate picking, packing, and processing of customer purchases
• Assist local farmers with product inquiries, deliveries, and practical solutions designed to strengthen their agricultural businesses
• Perform administrative duties such as managing accounts receivable/payable and debtor processes
• Support promotional merchandise campaigns and in-store marketing activities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the branch team
• Participate in logistical tasks like loading/unloading trucks and aiding dispatch and deliveries
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inviting environment within the branch
• Continuously enhance agricultural knowledge and understanding of rural products under guidance from experienced colleagues
