About the Role

Join Nutrien Ag Solutions in Western Flat, South Australia, as a Sales Merchandise Associate and contribute to a company dedicated to making meaningful impacts for local farmers. Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships with a diverse client base including local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via telephone interactions to create memorable experiences.
• Manage administrative duties such as stock control, ordering, banking, receipting, and shipping of goods.
• Assist customers with product pricing, queries, and process sales transactions at the counter.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously within the store.
• Support merchandising efforts by assisting with campaign materials.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized store environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, dispatching orders, and unpacking deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a team support role, ideally within a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills to foster lasting customer relationships.
• A passion for Australian farming and agricultural sectors, with preference given to knowledge in animal health and rural merchandise.
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Empathetic approach to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory; forklift license is advantageous but not required.
