GS Tech Software Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a prominent Internet Service Provider (ISP) in India, delivering Broadband, Internet Leased Line (ILL), IPTV, OTT, Wi-Fi, and Enterprise Connectivity services nationwide. The company is currently expanding its team in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and looking for energetic, goal-driven Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive broadband sales by performing field visits and engaging in local marketing initiatives.
- Visit various residential complexes, apartments, retail outlets, and business centers to attract new clients.
- Effectively explain broadband packages, promotions, and installation procedures to potential customers.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
- Leverage referrals and local channel partners to acquire leads.
- Liaise with the installation team to ensure timely activation for customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and keep customer records updated.
- Foster long-term customer relationships aimed at high satisfaction rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in field sales environments and achieving sales goals.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
- Self-driven with a positive approach towards work.
- Local knowledge of Mathura is advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience range: Freshers to those with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possession of a smartphone is mandatory.
- Own a two-wheeler preferred for ease of commuting.
