Overview
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to oversee education loan sales operations in multiple locations. This role requires a graduate with at least two years of experience managing a sales team within the education loan sector. The position offers a competitive salary package along with performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Sales Executives focused on education loans.
- Develop education loan business via open market initiatives and partnerships with channel associates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, clients, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through loan disbursement.
- Meet or exceed team sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Organize field activities and provide training to team members to enhance their effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team in the education loans domain.
- Maximum age limit of 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
Locations
The role is available at Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Bangalore.
