Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to expand our network by recruiting and managing advisers across multiple locations including Bundi, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Tonk, Ajmer, Alwar, Kotputli, Bhiwadi, Banswara, Jalore, Jodhpur, Barmer, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, and Jaipur. The role involves generating business through these advisers, leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets, as well as providing ongoing training and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisers to join the team.
- Drive business growth through adviser networks.
- Lead and manage the performance of a team of advisers.
- Motivate advisers to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Deliver training programs and continuous support to advisers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Age between 21 and 42 years.
- Preference for candidates from local areas.
