Role Responsibilities
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Market and sell industrial components including bearings, housings, and sleeves.
- Expand business opportunities within sectors such as steel, cement, mining, power, paper, automotive, OEM, textile, food processing, and engineering industries.
- Establish and nurture client relationships through frequent visits and offering technical support.
- Create quotations, handle price negotiations, and successfully finalize sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Assist in payment collection processes and maintain precise records in CRM and ERP systems.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates should be residents of Bangalore.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines is mandatory.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not obligatory.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Annual salary ranging from INR 360,000 to INR 420,000.
- Work schedule includes five days per week.
