Job Overview
Indira Projects & Developments Tamilnadu Private Limited is seeking motivated Sales Executives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidates will be responsible for driving sales efforts primarily in the real estate sector within the Chennai area.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients and promote company projects effectively.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with clients through persuasive communication.
- Travel within Chennai as needed to meet clients and perform fieldwork.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of any degree or diploma.
- Experience range from freshers to candidates with up to 3 years in sales, marketing, or real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Negotiation capabilities to effectively close sales.
- Having a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred for local travel.

Compensation
