Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will actively engage with both potential and current customers through outbound calls to market personal loan products. You will be responsible for clearly communicating the loan features, advantages, and eligibility requirements to clients, ensuring they are well informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls targeting potential and existing customers to promote personal loan offerings.
- Clearly explain product details including features, benefits, and eligibility conditions.
- Identify leads and successfully convert these into sales.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to secure finalization of loan sales.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth documentation and loan processing.
- Meet daily and monthly sales objectives consistently.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade) or higher education.
- Both fresh graduates and individuals with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.
- Basic computer literacy is mandatory.
Compensation and Working Hours
The monthly in-hand salary ranges are as follows:
- Entry-level candidates: ₹16,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
The working shift is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
