Position Summary
The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in meeting sales objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing comprehensive product expertise. This position requires effectively identifying customer needs and promoting the brand in alignment with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service as outlined by Majid Al Futtaim, understanding client requirements to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
- Address customer issues quickly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary, while maintaining customer focus throughout interactions.
- Meet and strive to surpass established sales goals by employing innovative sales techniques centered on customer satisfaction.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to boost sales, including employing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, assisting with tasks such as tidying and restocking to ensure a conducive shopping environment.
- Adhere to store security protocols to reduce the risk of inventory loss.
- Apply advanced sales techniques to support customer needs, encourage larger transactions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Guide customers in selecting products, and facilitate access to merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when items are unavailable in-store.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school education is mandatory.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, though recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication abilities and exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
