About the Company
Beside Group stands as one of the largest retail chains across the Middle East, managing prestigious brands including Diesel, Fred Perry, Pinko, Scotch & Soda, Puma, Geox, Longchamp, and Aape.
Role Overview
The main objective of this position is to boost sales by delivering excellent customer service, aiming to achieve both individual and store-wide targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet personal, store, and key performance indicators (KPI) targets aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service by adhering to company policies, offering detailed product knowledge, and maintaining a polite and approachable demeanor to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Stay informed about product designs, current trends, quality considerations, and availability to enhance the service experience.
- Manage shipment processes including sending and receiving goods, organizing merchandise, and replenishing shelves, counters, racks, and display tables.
- Perform operational administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.
- At least one year of experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar branded retail environment.
- Experience in local retail settings is favored.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of local cultural nuances and sensitivities.
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and standards.
