About PlatinumRx
PlatinumRx is an expanding healthcare platform committed to delivering quality medicines and healthcare solutions that are both accessible and affordable throughout India. We seek enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join us as Inside Sales Consultants in our Bangalore office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales communications via calls and WhatsApp.
- Identify customer needs and successfully convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to facilitate a smooth purchasing process.
- Keep customer and sales data up to date in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to meet sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm) is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years; fresh graduates and candidates ready to join immediately are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a good sales aptitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to use CRM and digital platforms efficiently.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving workplace.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, or Bengali is considered a plus.
Work Schedule and Environment
- Based at HSR Layout, Bangalore, requiring presence at the office.
- Shift timings follow a rotational pattern between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Working six days a week with rotational weekly offs.
