About the Company
KMJ Enterprise manufactures mechanical seals and serves a range of industrial sectors. The company is looking for a driven and technically sound sales professional to help broaden its customer base and contribute to business growth.
Role Overview
This position focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, understanding technical needs, and presenting the company’s mechanical seals and related products to industrial buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh sales opportunities through site visits, referrals, and market expansion efforts.
- Market and close sales for mechanical seals and related industrial products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Draft quotations, discuss commercial terms, and keep follow-ups active on enquiries.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Work with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Track market movements, competitor actions, and feedback from customers.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Keep accurate records of customer communication and sales activity.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A diploma in mechanical engineering is mandatory.
- Applicants must be based in Mumbai only.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills are required.
- Should have a basic grasp of industrial products and engineering use cases.
- Experience in industrial sales will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office is needed.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be a plus.

- Candidates up to 40 years of age may apply.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby areas for customer meetings is expected.
Compensation, Benefits and Working Hours
- Monthly pay is listed at INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
- Mobile allowance is provided.
