Role Overview
We are looking to employ a Sales and Marketing Executive responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective marketing strategies and customer management. This role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities to promote company products and services.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Prepare quotations for potential customers.
- Acquire new customers by leveraging India Mart and other platforms.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer relationships and track sales progress.
- Handle customer grievances to maintain satisfaction.
- Confirm and finalize orders through clear customer communication.
Compensation
