Runner-Busser

Role summary

The Runner-Busser helps keep food service operations running smoothly by moving, restocking, and clearing supplies and by maintaining clean, organized service areas so both customer and business needs are met. Duties can differ by Aramark site depending on the client’s needs and the business environment.

What you’ll do

• Keep product levels stocked and organized at the right quantity.
• Move items as needed and use transfer sheets to preserve accurate inventory tracking.
• Clean, sanitize, and tidy workstations and guest-facing service spaces.
• Support servers, bartenders, and other team members with customer service tasks when needed.
• Deliver friendly, dependable service and stay responsive to guest, customer, client, and coworker needs.
• Follow company safety rules, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Protect company property and ensure assets remain secure.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize work while moving quickly through tasks.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to handle physical work such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended time on your feet.
• Willingness to wear a uniform and/or use personal protective equipment where required.

Employment details

This is a full-time onsite position in Kanata, Ontario, Canada. The role is subject to changing responsibilities based on client and business requirements, and new duties may be added without advance notice.
