Revisor (m/w/d) in Internal Audit at Generali Deutschland AG

About the Role

We are looking for a Revisor (m/w/d) to join our Internal Audit department. This department provides independent and objective audit and consulting services aimed at creating added value for our company and improving our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct risk- and process-oriented audits, especially within the domains of home savings, credit, and outsourcing.
• Support projects and provide consulting services to specialist departments in the aforementioned areas.
• Contribute to corporate development by designing and developing solutions and improvement proposals related to the audited matters and processes.
• Prepare audit reports in both German and English, present findings, and moderate closing discussions while collaborating closely with the group audit and Group Head Audit.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on banking or a comparable qualification along with strong business knowledge.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in the banking sector and auditing, complemented by solid statistical fundamentals.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, and a methodical work approach capable of handling complex and demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and audience-appropriately express complex topics; confident presence and strong interpersonal skills, even when handling potentially conflictual discussions.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and demonstrating very good command of the English language.
