Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor based in Singapore, you will manage and oversee the efficient operation of the retail outlet. This includes actively engaging visitors on the shop floor to understand their needs and recommend appropriate OTO wellness products that enhance lifestyle and health. Key duties consist of showcasing product features, clearly communicating their benefits, ensuring a professional and welcoming retail environment, handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and supporting in-store promotions and events.

Additional Responsibilities

• Field customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales objectives and uphold company service excellence.
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Significant retail sales experience emphasizing target achievement and customer-focused service.
• Strong product knowledge with the ability to quickly assimilate and explain wellness and healthcare product features and benefits.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging a diverse range of customers professionally.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, or retail sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems and comfortable using technology to support sales and customers.
• Reliable, proactive, team-oriented with a commitment to store goals.
