Key Duties
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of up to 20 employees to promote the company's culture and values.
- Ensure store presentation meets brand visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with Stock Allocators and independently manage stock levels to optimize sales floor utilization.
- Prepare and oversee store schedules, sales tracking, and compliance matters concerning store and team operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of leading by example and inspiring a team aligned with company values.
- Customer-focused with a solid understanding of retail fundamentals and a professional approach to the industry.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude is highly valued.
