Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager will lead and motivate a team of up to 15 employees, guiding the Ghanda values and ensuring excellence in customer engagement and store presentation. Responsibilities include managing stock levels in partnership with the Stock Allocator, organizing rosters, monitoring sales, and ensuring compliance across the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of up to 15 staff members.
• Promote and uphold Ghanda's organizational values within the store team.
• Maintain store presentation to meet visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Work independently and alongside Stock Allocator to manage inventory effectively and optimize floor space sales.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, generate sales reports, and ensure store compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership skills, demonstrating a hands-on approach and empowering team members in alignment with company values.
• Strong customer-focus, diligent in retail fundamentals and passionately committed to the retail sector.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as positive attitude and cultural fit are prioritized.
