About Auratherapy and the Role

Auratherapy is innovating wellness through Aura Readings, aromatherapy, and its proprietary ATOS technology platform. Based in Asheville, North Carolina, this hybrid leadership role blends retail operations, education, certification, technology, luxury hospitality, customer experience, business implementation, and travel. This position aims to build and scale the Auratherapy experience across all locations and partners rather than maintaining a traditional retail function.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform Aura Readings and provide personalized wellness education on retail shifts.
• Master and demonstrate the ATOS platform including onboarding, bookings, sales workflows, chakra assessments, product recommendations, rituals, and customer follow-up.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, mentorship, and quarterly evaluations of Auratherapists to standardize and enhance service quality and SOPs.
• Manage and lead certification program planning, facilitation, execution, and continuous improvements alongside company founders.
• Support wholesale and luxury hospitality partners by launching Aura Reading programs, training teams, optimizing customer experiences, and advising on merchandising.
• Serve as a product educator highlighting how personalized rituals and recommendations integrate with Aura Readings.
• Maintain Aura Reading technology and related systems, including troubleshooting, inventory, and performance monitoring.
• Represent Auratherapy professionally at retail events, trade shows, certification sessions, community and corporate presentations.

• Expertise in professional education, adult learning, experience design, retail operations, public speaking, or facilitation.
• Familiarity with wellness, beauty, hospitality, technology, or premium consumer brands is highly valued.

Schedule, Location, and Travel

This position is located in Asheville, NC, requiring regular retail shifts and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Expect travel approximately 20-40% of the time to locations such as Miami and other client sites for events, training, and partnership activities.

Compensation and Growth

This is a full-time salaried leadership role with an annual salary between $68,000 and $75,000 plus eligibility for performance bonuses. There is a 120-day introductory period. Reporting is directly to the company founders with opportunities to influence Auratherapy’s growth and operational systems.
