Retail Associate – Training Champion (38 hours)

As a Retail Associate and Training Champion, you will engage, educate, and entertain customers while also playing a vital role in nurturing and advancing the skills of our store team members.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal performance goals and help drive store-wide success.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Maintain the store’s commercial standards in line with company policies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental protocols within the store.
• Assist management with other duties as required.

Training Champion Duties

• Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions with team members.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the store team.
• Verify understanding and retention by administering quizzes and knowledge checks.
• Ensure all employees complete mandatory training courses.
• Obtain approval to allocate time for training away from the sales floor.
• Identify training needs and communicate them to the Regional Trainer.
• Suggest enhancements for training programs based on feedback and observations.
• Use official training platforms and materials including Workday Learning, Retail Content Training Library, NB Link, Website, Running Blog, and coordinate with the Regional Trainer.
