Role Overview

We are seeking a personable and guest-oriented Retail Associate to be part of our retail operations at the SeaWorld Abu Dhabi Retail Shop. This position is central to ensuring smooth retail functionality by providing exceptional guest service, promoting and selling branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products, while maintaining the store’s cleanliness, stock availability, and adherence to brand standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of higher secondary education or an equivalent qualification
• At least one year of operational experience in a customer service or guest-facing role
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills
• Enthusiastic and genuine interest in engaging and entertaining guests
• Flexible availability and adaptability
• Exhibit high levels of respect and integrity in conduct

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within theme parks or water parks
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese languages
